Orlaith is a certified personal trainer and Olympic weightlifting coach. She has been a coach for 5 years and has worked with one-to-one clients and has taught many classes, including spin/indoor cycling, Crossfit, strength and conditioning classes, as well as programming and running bootcamp classes for larger groups. As a seasoned athlete herself, Orlaith will bring an abundance of knowledge to the camp.
