Titan Fitness Algarve

My experience at Titan was amazing - the staff is great, the programme is very complete and the setting is beautiful. There is something here for everyone, and it is a great way to combine fitness and vacation. I went for two weeks the first time and stayed for two months the second time. I'll be going back soon. Highly recommended!

Everything about this place is amazing! The trainers, the people, the staff, the atmosphere! I could only stay for 9 days, but I wanted to be there for much, much longer! As a solo traveller, I was made to feel welcome. There are lots of lots of other solo travellers there too! It’s one big community. And it caters for all fitness levels. My PT, Sean, was amazing. He really really knows his stuff, as do all of the other trainers! The food at the camp is great - all freshly cooked, and so clean! So much choice of food. Breakfast is a buffet, with an egg station! I would go back to Titan without a doubt, and already look forward to my next visit!

I have been to Titan Fitness several times over the past couple of years and love it every time. I find when I am at home just getting to the gym a couple of times a week takes a massive amount of self discipline and effort however when I am at Titan Fitness it becomes easy and enjoyable to train nearly everyday and it takes almost no self discipline because you are in an environment surrounded by everyone living relatively healthily. My results are always excellent because training in a camp environment allows you to focus on exercise, diet, sleep and reducing stress levels all at the same time (a near impossible task at home). At Titan the trainers, accommodation, food and facilities are all great. Thanks Titan for some amazing stays! I always lover the social environment you guys create.

My wife and I had a great time! The routines were all well organized and well coached, and we got a great sweat in everyday. Titan Fitness has created a wonderful community of people - both the staff and the guests!
