Isobel Hathaway


Isobel is a qualified personal trainer and yoga instructor. She has been coaching for over 4 years, including 1:1 personal training and yoga, and classes including strength, conditioning, interval training, yoga, mobility and recovery. Isobel specialises in Hatha, Vinyasa and advanced yoga techniques and has a keen interest in helping people improve their fitness, strength, health and wellbeing.
