Nutrition & Coaching Support
Starting from €75 per month, our nutrition and coaching support is designed to make healthy eating feel simple, supportive, and sustainable. You’ll work closely with our in-house nutritionists through weekly one-to-one check-ins, giving you guidance, accountability, and plenty of encouragement along the way. From weight loss to fuelling your training, we’re here to help you build habits that actually last.
Personal Training
Starting from €45 per session, our personal training sessions are all about helping you feel confident, capable, and supported — no matter where you’re starting from. Our expert trainers meet you at your level and guide you through every session with clear coaching, encouragement, and positive energy.
Whether you’re brand new to training or getting back into a routine, we’ll help you move better, get stronger, and enjoy the process. Expect structured sessions, lots of motivation, and a welcoming environment where progress feels achievable and fun.
